Workplace Needs Assessments
Workplace Needs Assessments (WNAs) identify challenges or barriers a colleague might be facing in relation to disability, neurodivergence or specific learning differences and, recommend reasonable and practicable adjustments.
Why Have a Workplace Needs Assessment?
WNAs aid in creating an inclusive and productive environment, particularly for those who may require reasonable adjustments due to neurodivergence or other conditions.
WNAs help foster a more supportive and accessible workplace whilst fulfilling the legal duty to make reasonable adjustments for all employees under the Equality Act 2010.
HOW TO BOOK:
Email us and we will match you with our Collaborator who, we feel will most likely understand and be able to support your needs.
Our Collaborator will make contact with you and ensure they can add value.
Their process of completion will be shared before co-ordinating a workplace visit, after which a summary of findings and recommendations will be provided.
Occupational Health Assessments
An Occupational Health Assessment is a confidential and independent medical evaluation conducted by a qualified professional to understand how an employee’s health may be impacting their work. And, to recommend support or adjustments to help them stay in or return to work.
Why Have an Occupational Health Assessment?
To assess fitness for work, identify any potential risks, recommend adjustments, aid recovery and performance and to ensure health, safety and equality compliance.
HOW TO BOOK:
Email our specialist Collaborator: ROS. Ros will make contact with you to understand your needs and share how the Assessment will be completed.
Display Screen Equipment (DSE) Assessments
What – A formal evaluation of the ergonomic setup and working conditions of individuals using display screen equipment as a significant part of their job.
Why – To identify and mitigate potential risks or discomfort associated with screen use, ensuring health, safety, and well-being
How – Our specialist Collaborator will make contact with you to understand your needs and ensure they can add value. The process will be shared before co-ordinating to visit, after which a summary of findings and recommendations will be provided.
Disability Awareness Training
What – Training to provide insight into real life experiences and thought processes of individuals and groups that may not easily be able to access facilities without some additional aids or support

Accessibility Audits
What – Provision of evidenced and documented feedback as to how accessible and inclusive a facility and/or organisation is for all visitors, in addition to reasonably practicable recommended actions.
Why – Able-bodied and neuro-typical persons may genuinely feel they have made facilities fully-accessible however, without the experience and external reference points, there may be areas that are not fit for intended purpose, have been overlooked, or not even considered.
How – Our specialist Collaborator will make contact with you to understand your needs and ensure they can add value. The process will be shared before co-ordinating to visit, after which a summary of findings and recommendations will be provided.

What – Training to recognise a person in a negative state of wellbeing and gain confidence to open a supportive conversation and provide further signposting

What – Training to preserve life in critical situations and provide first on scene support to persons who may choose to stay safe following a conversation, prior to being signposted medical professionals

What – Training to utilise presented opportunities and chance encounters with people to ‘make every contact count’ by sharing information, conversation and signposting around choosing positive wellbeing behaviours to improve individual health outcomes

First Aid at Work Training
What – Training to have confidence to summon emergency help in a medical situation and to preserve life using life saving skills such as CPR, the recovery position and using public defibrillators
