Workplace Needs Assessments
Workplace Needs Assessments (WNAs) identify challenges or barriers a colleague might be facing in relation to disability, neurodivergence or specific learning differences and, recommend reasonable and practicable adjustments.
Why have a Workplace Needs Assessment?
WNAs aid in creating an inclusive and productive environment, particularly for those who may require reasonable adjustments due to neurodivergence or other conditions.
WNAs help foster a more supportive and accessible workplace whilst fulfilling the legal duty to make reasonable adjustments for all employees under the Equality Act 2010.

Occupational Therapy (OT) Work Based Assessments
An OT Work Based Assessment involves understanding how a person functions both inside and outside of a workplace. It is a comprehensive, holistic approach that establishes an employee’s capacity to perform and fulfil specific work activities.
A detailed report includes targeted intervention recommendations and solutions.
Why have an Occupational Therapy Health Assessment?
The Occupational Therapist acts as a link between the Employee, Line Manager and Human Resources/Senior Leadership to facilitate open communication and aid towards improving retention, reducing absenteeism and enhancing productivity and performance.
OTs are valued contributors when identifying an employee who is no longer able to fulfil their job role for any reason and, can support both the employee and the employer through this difficult journey.

Accessibility Audits
The audit will provide evidenced and documented feedback as to how accessible and inclusive a facility and/or organisation is for all occupiers and visitors. In addition to providing reasonably practicable recommended actions to enhance comfort, inclusivity and manoeuvrability for all.
Why have an Accessibility Audit?
Able-bodied and neuro-typical venue hosts may genuinely feel they have made facilities fully-accessible however, without the experience and external reference points from lived experience, there may be areas that are not fit for intended purpose, that have been overlooked or, unintentionally not considered.
